Consisting of body weight exercises through the Metafit programme and specialized Circuit Training using a mixture of resistance exercises, designed to be fun and both challenging at the same time. Expect body fat to be blown away, increased metabolism which will enable your body to burn calories more efficiently in a resting state, improved muscular strength and endurance, improved cardiovascular fitness, energy levels that will reach a new high and ultimately improve you're overall health and well being. Come and try your first session for free and feel the benefits for yourself. Classes are every Monday/Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 9am.
